Berwickers will be delighted that a new post office is due to open in the next few weeks in Castlegate, Berwick.
But it’s a bittersweet development, as Harrison’s newsagent’s shop is the new location. So Kevin Harrison will be selling up and leaving the business, and heading into a well-deserved retirement.
